Refund Policy

Because eSIMs are digital products delivered instantly, our refund policy reflects the nature of the goods. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. All Sales Are Final

Once your eSIM activation details have been delivered to your email address, the sale is considered complete and is non-refundable.

This applies regardless of whether the eSIM has been installed or activated on a device.

2. Exceptions — Technical Failures on Our End

If you experience a technical issue that prevents activation and the issue is attributable to us or our eSIM provider — for example, an invalid QR code or a provisioning error — please contact our support team.

We will investigate the issue and, at our discretion, offer one of the following remedies: a replacement eSIM, store credit, or a full refund.

To request support, email support@getseamless.store with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Please include any error messages or screenshots where possible.

3. Non-Eligible Situations

We are unable to offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• Your device is not eSIM-compatible or is carrier-locked.

• You purchased the wrong plan (wrong country or data allowance).

• You have already used data from the plan.

• The plan has expired due to the validity window passing.

• You changed your travel plans or no longer require the plan.

We encourage you to verify device compatibility and plan coverage before purchasing.

Include your order number (format: SM-XXXXXX), the email address used at checkout, and a description of your issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
