When you purchase an eSIM plan, we collect your full name and email address. This information is required to process your order and deliver your eSIM activation details.

Payment information (card number, billing address) is entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

If you choose to accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymised usage data such as pages visited and actions taken on the site via Google Analytics 4.

We use your name and email address to: fulfil your eSIM order, send your activation details, and respond to support enquiries.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Analytics data is used solely to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve the experience.

Stripe — We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe may collect and process your payment and billing information in accordance with their privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy).

Google Analytics — If you consent, we send anonymized usage data to Google Analytics 4. You can opt out at any time by declining or withdrawing cookie consent.

Amazon Web Services — Order data is stored securely in AWS DynamoDB in the ap-southeast-2 (Sydney) region.

• locale — stores your language preference (English or Chinese). This cookie is strictly necessary for the site to function correctly.

• Analytics cookies — only set if you click "Accept" on the cookie consent banner. These cookies allow Google Analytics to distinguish between visitors.

You can withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.

Order records (name, email, plan purchased) are retained for a minimum of 7 years to meet financial record-keeping obligations.

If you would like your data deleted earlier, please contact us and we will do so to the extent permitted by applicable law.
